Johnathan Ayers | Director

Johnathan Ayers is a Partner in Bilzin Sumberg's Construction Law Group. He focuses his practice on representing owners and developers in disputes arising from real estate projects and construction agreements, including construction defect and delay claims, surety bonds, easements, insurance coverage, construction liens and warranty claims.

Prior to joining the Firm, Johnathan was an intern for both The Honorable Gill S. Freeman of the Circuit Court for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Miami-Dade County, Florida and The Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was also a legal intern at the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission, Department of International Affairs.

While in law school, Johnathan interned with the Georgetown Law Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he represented adolescents in delinquency matters before the D.C. Superior Court.
