Pamela Luria | Director

Pamela Luria is an honor graduate of the University of Miami Law school and a member of the Florida Bar. She practiced bankruptcy law with the firm of Mershon Sawyer Johnston Dunwoody and Cole. She is also a licensed realtor.

Pamela left the practice of law to raise her two sons. Both sons are now graduates of the University of Chicago where she  served  as the Chairman of Outreach for the Parent and Family Leadership Council. She is also on the Board of the University of Chicago's Alumni Club of South Florida

Passionate about education and children, Pamela enjoys volunteering in fundraising for the Miami Children’s Museum. She also supports numerous animal rescue groups while nurturing her eight rescue cats as well as her very active Wheaten Terriers, Savannah and Charleston.

While growing up in the Midwest, Pamela gained an appreciation of the arts studying classical music -- playing both the piano and the clarinet. For the past 25 years she has remained active in the arts community of Miami Beach and is proud to serve on the board of Dance NOW! Miami.

Pamela is married to Peter Luria whose family ran the largest jewelry and gift business in Florida. The family also owned a Modern Art gallery and continues to support the Miami Arts community.
